Apr 2007 I've been invited back to the All Saints' Kids' Lit festival for the second year running. The format will be different this year - I'm doing an SF panel with Carol Ryles and Jack Heath as well as a 'meet the author' session later in the day. You can view festival details here

13th Aug 2006 Mini SF convention at the KSP writers centre in Greenmount. Guests included Juliet Marillier.

Sept 2006 National Literacy Week. Visited Bunbury Primary for the day and spoke to seven classrooms full of well-behaved students.

May 2006 A meet-the-author session at the St James youth group.

May 2006 Attended a Penguin PD event for WA secondary school librarians and teachers. Morris Gleitzman and Julia Lawrenson were there, and I was lucky enough to enjoy a nice dinner with both of them afterwards.

May 2006 Attended Subiaco Library for a live interview with Grant Stone of Faster-than-Light and Perth fandom fame. Great fun had by all.

Local guest of honour at Fandomedia 2005. Had a great time with Iron Writer and Interview with an Alien.

School visits to Rostrata Primary, PMS, Guildford Grammar Prep, Helena College and Guildford Grammar High.

August 2005 was the Hal Spacejock launch at Dymocks Carousel. 80-100 people attended, I signed books until my hand cramped and a great time was had by all. Many thanks to the people at Dymocks, and a special thank-you to the folks at Fremantle Press, who were also out in force.
